Chris O’Brien and his staff at Who Did That Media have been a wonderful addition to our marketing team at Virginia
Cardiovascular Specialists. In the fall of 2009, they helped us update our radio campaign which resulted in dramatic
volume increases. The wording changes to our script were minimal; but had a strong impact. It’s amazing how
changing a few words can make such a difference. But of course words without good talent will not bring you good
results. We feel that the voices delivering the commercials raised us up to the “top notch” category. We no longer felt
like a local advertiser.
In December 2009, we ventured into TV advertising for the very first time and we turned to Who Did that Media to
produce our television commercial. The results far exceeded our expectations. Again we saw dramatic volume
increases. The resulting commercial told the medical facts; but also communicated the human factor of heart
disease. We were totally unprepared for television and Chris’ guidance took the anxiety out of the process. The
partners in our company were very, very pleased with our commercial.
